This dish is a perfect side dish to complement any entree. Taking the ordinary to the extraordinary! Serves 6

Ingredients:

2 lbs. potatoes cut into 2 inch cubes boil until tender
2 x 7 oz. containers Four Winds Fine Foods Garlic Feta Spread/Dip
(any flavor you choose)
½ cup sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Drain potatoes and pour into a 9×9 casserole dish
2. Fold, Four Winds Fine Foods Garlic Feta Spread/Dip gently into the potatoes until the potatoes are coated.
3. Top with the sharp cheddar cheese
4. Bake 20 min @ 350 degrees
